• Decisions are made as to methodology involving but not limited to the following;

• Drone use;

• Sensors and other legal technical devices.

Best Practice:

If you decide to engage us, best practice is to obtain the following informaiton from you:

• 1. Full name of Person of Interest

• 2. Age or date of birth

• 3. Description, including recent photographs

• 4. Current address

• 5. Any known past address details

• 6. Current phone numbers

• 7. Past phone numbers

• 8. Current email addresses

• 9. Past email addresses

• 10. Vehicle details

• 11. Social Media URL addresses

• 12. Place of work

• 13. Gym location and time of activity

• 14. Associates, including spouse, and or next of kin

• 15. Business details including any company name

• 16. Any certificates or supporting information

• 17. Any known court litigation or proceedings

• 18. A summary of your suspicions (Who? why? how? when?)

• 19. The summary of any claim that requires assessing via surveillance methodology (e.g. injury)

• 20. The summary of any agreement details regarding any restraint of trade

• 21. In the case of a WorkCover claim, provide all hisotry of allegations of the extent of the injury, including alleged limitations, and associated documents.

• 22. In the case of a Work claim, [E.g Bullying/Harrassment] provide all hisotry of allegations of the extent of the injury, including alleged limitations, and associated documents.

• 23. The cases of cheating, the identity of who your spouse is cheating with, if known

• 24. When do you believe your spouse is cheating

• 25. Your opinion as best time to effectively gather required evidence

• 26. Any other relevant informaiton that you consider appropriate including names of associates or relative that may be involved or assisting

• 27. An assessment of your own security

• 28. If you are away, and require your partner monitored provide details of the

• a. Time period when you are away

• b. Proposed momvements of your spouse

• 29. If your spouse is travelling for work or holiday and requires monitoring provide details of

• a. Place and time period, including known

• b. Events

• c. Transfers
